V551 Mp3 ringtone problem - Motorola Talk - Mobiledia

Hey guys I am trying to upload an Mp3 to my phone (V551), and I come up with this error 'File Type not recognized' Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've followed several different sets of instructions on how to put MP3 ringtones on my Motorola v551, but I get the same malfunction every time. Here's the scenario: Software:

Does V551 support mp3 ringtones? Bad sound quality is understandable at that bitrate. Also the maximum bitrate on amr files is 25kbps, so even that's not good.
